Name.Narrate.Navigate Practice Pathways (NNN.PP) Newcastle Training
NNN.PP is the training arm of the NNN Program for Youth Violence.
It provides workers with training, mentoring and support to deliver the NNN program for young people in their own practice.
Training covers:
The NNN model, its impetus and essential ingredients.
Knowledge development about the neuroscience of trauma and the fit with Aboriginal ways of knowing and doing.
Skill development in mindful participation, reciprocal communication and creative methodologies.
Opportunities to build connections for confidence and enhanced coping in your work.

NNN.PP is scheduled for 3 consecutive Thursdays in August. Practitioners are required to attend all of the below dates in order to become certified:

Where and when:
Location: University of Newcastle NUspace Building, room X-803 (Level 8), Cnr Hunter & Auckland Streets Newcastle
Time: 9:30am - 3pm each day with morning tea and lunch breaks (fully catered)
Your training will be provided by: Dr Tamara Blakemore, Dr Louise Rak and Mr Daniel Ebbin
Cost: $400 all inclusive (currently subsidised by Westpac)
