What we do:

We provide a service to all people, of all ages, who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse, and their non-offending significant persons.

We provide information and referral; court preparation and court support; medical examination and forensic response; group work; community development and community education; consultation with other services/clinicians.

What services we provide:

Services/support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island clients and communities, Services/ support for Culturally And Linguistically Diverse, Multicultural clients and communities, Services/support for people with Disability, Services/support for LGBTIQA+ (people of diverse sexualities and genders), Services/support for Refugee and/or Migrant clients and communities, Advocacy, Court support, Counselling, Domestic and/or family violence Services/support, Sexual Assault Services/Support, Support groups, Training/Education: Respectful Relationships; Violence Prevention; DFV etc..., Trauma Informed Counselling

How we support Aboriginal clients and practice culturally safe care:

We have: a dedicated Aboriginal counsellor, Aboriginal Action Plans, regular consultations with our Aboriginal worker to ensure culturally safe and appropriate service response, policies and practices for the service and Health sector.

How we support LGBTIQA+ clients (people of diverse sexualities and genders):

We have: gender neutral bathrooms, policies and practices in the service, appropriate forms that are inclusive.

How we support clients with disability:

Policies and practices in the service, accessible rooms, networking available with other Health services.

How we support clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds:

Policies and practices in-service, networking with other Health services, and interpreters available.
