Homelessness NSW is excited to extend a warm invitation to our members and allies for the online launch of an important piece of research on the impact of long waits for social housing - Waithood: The Experiences of Applying for and Waiting for Social Housing.
The online event will feature a presentation by lead author Alan Morris of the Institute for Public Policy and Governance, University of Technology Sydney, as well as a panel discussion on the lived experience of waiting for social housing, as well as the policy and practice implications. The research paper will be available to participants straight after the launch.
